Ringbound is made by Alp Yalay. If something gets in the way of your next attempt, the notes below may help.
Moving and firing
Touch and hold to fire toward the center. Drag to move your ship from its current position. Lifting stops new shots; it doesn’t remove shots already in flight. White shots are harmless to your ship. The first wall hit turns a shot red and dangerous.
A controller can use the left stick or D-pad to move and A or the right trigger to fire. Practice pauses when you leave the app. Leaving a daily or weekly run ends that ranked attempt and keeps an interrupted result on the device.
Daily and weekly scores
Daily rings change at 00:00 UTC. Weekly rings change on Monday at 00:00 UTC. The home screen shows the next daily reset in your local time. Every retry in a challenge uses the same rules.
Game Center submissions belong to the exact challenge in which you earned the score. A pending score can be retried while that challenge is still open. It will never be moved to a later challenge. An expired or interrupted result stays local.
If a submission is pending, check your connection and Game Center account, then reopen the game. Avoid deleting the app while a score is pending. If the result says saving failed, contact support before deleting or reinstalling it.
Purchases and restoration
Purchases change appearance only. They never add hearts, protection, continues, score bonuses, or a competitive advantage.
Open Collection and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Ask to Buy and other pending purchases stay locked until Apple approves them. Refunded or revoked purchases may no longer be available.
Apple processes payments and refund requests. For billing help, visit Apple’s billing support. Never send us card details or your Apple Account password.
Reminders, sound, and effects
Daily reminders are optional. Enable one and choose its time in Ringbound’s Settings. You can also control permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → Ringbound. Reminders run locally on your device and never announce a final leaderboard rank.
Sound, haptics, and reduced effects have separate controls. Haptics depend on the device. The game’s audio respects your device’s silent mode.
