Progress stored by the game

Ringbound stores scores, daily attempts, streaks, medals, settings, purchase entitlement information, and pending leaderboard submissions on your device. These records let you keep your progress, restore your preferences, and retry an eligible score submission.

When iCloud is available, game progress may also sync through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage across devices using the same account. Saves and pending submissions are separated by Game Center player identity when an account is connected.

Game Center

If you use Game Center, Apple provides the player identity needed to associate your progress and submit scores. Eligible personal bests are sent to the daily or weekly leaderboard for the challenge in which they were earned. Your Game Center profile and scores may be visible to other players under Apple’s Game Center settings.

Offline results remain on the device. A pending submission is checked against the active challenge before it can be sent; expired results do not transfer to a new challenge.

Optional purchases

Apple handles cosmetic and supporter purchases. Ringbound uses verified StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to unlock purchases, restore them, and respond to refunds or revocations. The app does not receive your payment card details.

Reminders and sharing

Reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device after you enable them in Settings. Ringbound does not use a remote notification service. You can change or disable reminders at any time.

Sharing a result opens the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination. The selected service handles the shared content under its own policies; Ringbound does not receive your recipients or contacts.

Advertising and analytics

The app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. It does not request contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, health information, or an email address to play. There is no separate Ringbound account or developer-operated gameplay server.

Apple may provide the publisher with app performance, sales, and aggregated analytics under its platform policies and your device settings. For Apple services, see Apple’s privacy policy.

This website and support email

This website does not use advertising or add analytics cookies. Its hosting and network providers process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

If you email support, Alp Yalay receives your email address and the information you choose to include. That information is used to reply, investigate the issue, and maintain relevant support records. Please send only what is needed to explain the problem.

Retention and deletion

Device saves remain until removed with the app or through device storage controls. Deleting the app may not delete an iCloud copy, which can restore when you reinstall. iCloud, Game Center records, and purchase history are managed through Apple’s account and privacy controls.
